72 Carlyle is a 20-story boutique condominium by Lefferts at 600 72nd Street in Miami Beach's rising North Beach district, the sister tower to 72 Park. Designed inside and out by Piero Lissoni, its 134 one- to three-bedroom residences (approximately 751 to 2,097 sq ft) feature generous terraces, light-filled open layouts and views of the ocean, the park and the Intracoastal. More than 45,000 sq ft of curated amenities include an expansive resort pool, a rooftop terrace, a library, a wine room, a spa with steam room, a fitness and yoga studio, a padel club and a landscaped grove, all steps from the beach.
