The Residences at 1428 Brickell
The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a 70-story ultra-luxury tower by Ytech on Brickell Avenue, designed by Arquitectonica together with ACPV Architects, the studio led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. Its limited collection of 195 two- to four-bedroom homes and penthouses offers expansive floor plans, private terraces and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city. Conceived as one of Miami's most sustainable towers, it incorporates solar energy, and residents will enjoy landscaped gardens and a private porte-cochere, a resort pool, wellness and spa spaces, private dining and white-glove services. Financed by J.P. Morgan and now going vertical, the tower is targeting completion around 2028.
