Alba Palm Beach
Alba Palm Beach is a 22-story waterfront building by BGI Companies at 4714 N. Flagler Drive, in a quiet residential stretch of West Palm Beach directly on the Intracoastal. Spina O'Rourke + Partners designed both the architecture and the interiors. There are only 55 homes, with two to four bedrooms in the tower plus two- and three-story townhomes, from about 1,780 to more than 4,500 sq ft. Few residences share each floor, so most homes have wide views of the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the ocean beyond. Owners have a private dock with boat slip access. A full amenity floor includes a resort pool and sun deck, a fitness center, a lounge and a private dining room with a wine wall, and the building has a gated entry. It is minutes from the beaches and Worth Avenue. The building was completed in 2025.
