Smart Brickell Luxe

Smart Brickell Luxe is the final phase of Habitat Group's Smart Brickell community, rising at 885 SW 3rd Avenue just a few blocks west of Brickell City Centre. The mixed-use building combines 53 condominium residences and 78 hotel residences with 12,000 sq ft of commercial space, designed by Ginard Studio with Gensler as design consultant and interiors by Adriana Hoyos. Built around Habitat's Smart Living philosophy, it gives owners the flexibility to live in their unit or rent it on short-term platforms, with optional on-site management by Habitat's own hospitality team. A pedestrian-friendly address close to Brickell's best dining, retail and every major highway makes it a strong option for investors and seasonal residents. Currently under construction.
