Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach
Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach is a standalone branded residence by Related Group and Dezer Development, managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. It sits at 1180 Hillsboro Mile on a quiet barrier island between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. The site runs from the ocean to the Intracoastal. A 10-story oceanfront building holds about 70 beachfront homes, and a three-story building holds 22 residences on the water side. Arquitectonica designed the buildings, and Studio Piet Boon did the interiors. Residences range from two to five bedrooms plus den, about 2,800 to 6,400 sq ft, with private elevator lobbies, custom Piet Boon kitchens and deep terraces with direct water views. Residents get Rosewood service, a private marina, oceanfront and waterfront pools, a spa and fitness center, a residents' bar and lounge, and guest suites. Completion is expected around 2027.
