Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami
Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami is a supertall tower by PMG, with Greybrook and Hilton, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, across from Bayfront Park. At 1,049 feet it will be the tallest building in Miami and the first supertall residential tower south of New York. Carlos Ott designed it as a stack of nine offset glass cubes, with Sieger Suarez Architects as architect of record and interiors by BAMO. A Waldorf Astoria hotel occupies the lower floors, with private residences above. Homes range from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass, private elevator access and views over Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami and Miami Beach. Residents get Waldorf Astoria service and amenities including a sky lounge and bar, a lobby lounge, pools, a spa and fitness center and private dining. Construction is underway.
