The Residences at Shell Bay
The Residences at Shell Bay, Auberge Resorts Collection, are part of a private golf, marina and resort club developed by The Witkoff Group and PPG Development at 501 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach. The 20-story tower overlooks a golf course redesigned by Greg Norman, with the Intracoastal and the ocean beyond. Kobi Karp designed the architecture, and AvroKO did the interiors. Its 108 residences have one to four bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass and wide terraces over the fairways and the water. Owners get Auberge resort service and access to the Shell Bay club, including the championship golf course, a deep-water marina, tennis and pickleball, an infinity pool with cabanas, a spa and fitness center, and several restaurants in the Mediterranean-style clubhouse. It sits on a gated, landscaped estate with a tree-lined private entry drive.
