Aileron Residences
Aileron is a 17-story condominium by Lynd at 90 North Bryan Street in Dania Beach. It sits on a canal between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades and the Dania Beach pier. Nichols Architects designed the building, and HLS did the interiors. Its 380 residences range from studios to three bedrooms, all with modern kitchens, open layouts and private balconies, and prices start just under $500,000, which makes it one of the more attainable new-construction options in South Florida. Amenities include a resort-style pool deck, a large indoor-outdoor fitness center, a residents' clubroom and dining area, and canal-side gardens. Completion is expected in 2027.
