The Perigon Miami Beach
The Perigon is a 17-story oceanfront condominium by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital at 5333 Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach. Designed by OMA under Shohei Shigematsu with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners and landscaping by Enzo Enea, it offers two- to four-bedroom residences and penthouses (approximately 2,100 to 6,100 sq ft) with deep terraces and uninterrupted views of the Atlantic and Biscayne Bay. Residents enjoy an oceanfront pool deck, a private restaurant led by a Michelin-starred chef, a fitness center and spa, and lush gardens along a wide stretch of beach. The tower topped out in March 2026, is roughly 75% sold, and occupancy is planned for summer 2027.
