Ocean House Surfside
Ocean House is an ultra-luxury boutique condominium by Multiplan REAM at 9317 Collins Avenue in Surfside, set directly on the Atlantic. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Carla Guilhem Design, it offers just 25 residences, from two to four bedrooms (approximately 2,093 to 5,470 sq ft), plus a crowning penthouse, each with expansive ocean-facing terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, a rooftop terrace, a spa with plunge pools, a fitness center overlooking the beach and personalized concierge services. Construction is underway with Moss Construction, and completion is slated for 2027.
