Mercedes-Benz Places Miami
Mercedes-Benz Places is the automaker's first branded residential tower in North America, developed by JDS Development Group in the heart of Brickell. Designed by SHoP Architects with ODP, with interiors by Woods Bagot in collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz design team, the 67-story tower combines 791 residences, from studios to three bedrooms, with a hotel, offices and an elevated park. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass and refined black, white and warm-wood palettes inspired by the brand's attention to detail. More than 130,000 sq ft of amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, a vitality deck with spa pools, a Silver Arrow lounge, an F1 simulator, a cinema and a dramatic porte-cochere with mobility services. Sales are led by SERHANT, with completion estimated for 2027-2028.
