Anantara Miami Resort & Residences marks the U.S. debut of Minor Hotels' Thai-inspired luxury brand, rising 50 stories at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater. Developed by One Thousand Group and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Studio Patricia Urquiola, the tower combines a resort hotel with 220 residences, from one to five bedrooms, featuring expansive terraces and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the skyline. Residents will enjoy more than 130,000 sq ft of wellness-focused amenities rooted in Anantara's hospitality, including resort pools, lush tropical gardens and a rooftop helipad. Sales are led by ONE Sotheby's International Realty, with completion targeted for 2030.
