Designed by CFE Architects with interiors by Meyer Davis, its 350 one- to three-bedroom residences (from approximately 945 sq ft) offer panoramic ocean and Intracoastal views and expansive balconies. Residents enjoy a full-service beach club, a dedicated marina, resort pools with cabanas, a spa, fitness center, club lounge, a residents-only gourmet market and cafe, and 24-hour concierge and valet. Construction is underway, with delivery expected in 2028.
