Natiivo Fort Lauderdale
Natiivo Fort Lauderdale is a 40-story tower by Newgard Development Group at 200 West Broward Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by IDDI. Like its sister building in Miami, Natiivo is built for flexible ownership. Its 384 fully finished and furnished residences, from studios to three bedrooms (about 515 to 1,150 sq ft), can be lived in full-time or rented short-term through the building's own hospitality platform, with no rental restrictions. The building has a loft-style podium with a restaurant, a café and co-working space, plus a resort-style pool deck, a fitness center and hotel-style services. It is close to Las Olas Boulevard, the Brightline station and the riverfront, and completion is expected in 2027.
