EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater
EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater is the first standalone EDITION residential building in the world, developed by Two Roads Development at 2121 North Bayshore Drive. Designed as a pure glass prism by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Munge, it sits on roughly 800 linear feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront and offers 185 two- to four-bedroom residences with private terraces and sweeping bay views. Residents enjoy EDITION-style services and amenities, including a bayfront pool and lounge, a lobby and library lounge, a private cinema, a party lounge and a fitness and wellness center. After a legal dispute was settled in September 2026, the project has resumed, with completion now slated for 2029.
