Alana Bay Harbor
Alana Bay Harbor is a boutique seven-story building by Alta Developers at 9901 West Bay Harbor Drive, on the bay side of Bay Harbor Islands. Revuelta Architecture International designed it with clean white lines, wide glass and deep terraces that look over Biscayne Bay and the island's canals. There are only 30 residences, mostly two and three bedrooms from about 1,240 to 1,660 sq ft, with open living areas, Italian kitchens, large primary suites and private terraces. The rooftop is the heart of the building, with an infinity pool, sun deck, lounge seating and outdoor dining with sunset views over the bay. Residents also have a designer lobby, a residents' lounge and a fitness and wellness room. The building is a short walk from Bal Harbour Shops and the beach. It was completed in 2024, and a few residences are still for sale.
