Andare Residences by Pininfarina
Andare Residences by Pininfarina is a 45-story tower by Related Group at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It is the first residential tower in Florida designed with the Italian design house Pininfarina, known for its automotive work, and its flowing white facade takes cues from the waves of the nearby ocean. Cohen Freedman Encinosa is the architect of record. Its 163 residences are two to four bedrooms plus penthouses, each with floor-to-ceiling glass, a wide balcony, and views of the ocean, the New River and the city. Amenities are spread across several levels: a rooftop pool deck and sky lounge, a spa with an indoor pool, a fitness and yoga studio, club and game lounges, and an executive lounge. It is steps from Las Olas dining and shopping, and completion is expected in 2027.
