About the Project
Rivage Bal Harbour
Rivage Bal Harbour is a 24-story oceanfront tower at 10245 Collins Avenue, developed by Related Group and Two Roads Development. The curved glass building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and Rottet Studio did the interiors. Its 61 residences have wide wraparound terraces and direct views of the Atlantic and the Bal Harbour shoreline. Residents get a private resort-style experience: a beach club and oceanfront pools, a full spa with hammam and plunge rooms, a residents' restaurant and bar, tennis and padel courts, a golf simulator and a screening room. It is steps from the Bal Harbour Shops, and completion is expected in 2026.
