The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach is a boutique pair of 13-story towers at 551 Bayshore Drive, on the Intracoastal Waterway just steps from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The developers are MICL and Admire Capital, and the architect is Garcia Stromberg. There are 83 residences, mostly two and three bedrooms of about 2,400 to 2,940 sq ft, plus six penthouses with rooftop terraces and plunge pools. Homes have private elevator vestibules, European-style kitchens, spa-inspired baths and wide terraces looking over the water toward the ocean. Residents get Ritz-Carlton service with a waterfront lap pool, a rooftop pool deck, a spa and fitness center, lounges and private boat slips. Completion is expected in 2029.
