The Village at Coral Gables
The Village at Coral Gables is a low-rise enclave of 48 residences by MG Developer at 535 Santander Avenue, on a quiet residential street near Coral Gables' downtown and Miracle Mile. De la Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists designed it in the Mediterranean Revival style that George Merrick made the signature of the City Beautiful, with arched loggias, iron balconies, tiled roofs and landscaped courtyards. Interiors are by Jenny Ducret and Roxana Victoria. The collection includes townhomes, villas, lofts and flats with two to four bedrooms, about 1,700 to 3,250 sq ft, with high ceilings, arched windows, chef's kitchens and private outdoor spaces. Residents share a courtyard pool framed by colonnades, a club room and lounge, a fitness center and a private office and library space. The residences are complete or in final completion and ready for move-in.
