Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale is a 46-story branded tower by Naftali Group at 505 NE 2nd Street, a few blocks from Las Olas Boulevard and the Brightline station. Arquitectonica designed the building, and Rockwell Group did the interiors, drawing on the city's sea, sand and sailing heritage. There are 370 residences, from studios to three bedrooms plus four penthouses, from about 540 to 1,580 sq ft. Homes come with floor-to-ceiling impact windows, open layouts, light oak floors and terraces. Amenities include a resort pool deck with cabanas, a lobby lounge, a fitness center with yoga space, a juice bar, a sauna and spa rooms, a screening room, a private dining room and a game lounge. Owners can use Viceroy hospitality services. Delivery is expected in 2029.
