About the Project
Pagani Residences
Pagani Residences is the world's first residential tower by Italian hypercar maker Pagani, developed by Riviera Horizons at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village, on the waters of Biscayne Bay. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors inspired by Pagani's craftsmanship, its roughly 70 residences, from two to four bedrooms plus penthouses (approximately 2,800 to 4,300 sq ft), feature sweeping curved terraces and 360-degree bay and skyline views. Amenities include valet and porte-cochere, a private baywalk and marina, an expansive rooftop pool and lounge, and private plunge pools in select residences. The project broke ground in May 2026, with completion expected in late 2028.
