The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar
The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar is part of Related Group's redevelopment of the Bahia Mar site at 801 Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The site sits between the beach and the Intracoastal and includes the city's well-known marina. The 23-story tower holds 80 residences with one to four bedrooms, from about 1,340 to 5,540 sq ft. Homes have wraparound terraces, 10-foot ceilings, private elevators and views of the Atlantic, the Intracoastal and the city skyline. Arquitectonica designed the building, and Tara Bernerd & Partners did the interiors. Residents get St. Regis butler service, a private beach club, resort pools, a full spa and fitness center, fine dining and access to a marina that can take yachts up to 350 feet. Delivery is expected in 2029.
