Six Fisher Island
Six Fisher Island is a collection of 50 residences on Fisher Island, the private island off Miami Beach that you can only reach by ferry or yacht. Related Group, BH Group and Globe Invest are the developers. Kobi Karp Architecture designed the low-rise building, and Tara Bernerd & Partners did the warm, residential-style interiors. Homes have three to five bedrooms plus penthouses, with deep terraces facing Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline and Government Cut. There is a private lobby, a spa with plunge pools, a sunset pool deck with cabanas, a fitness center and a residents' restaurant. Owners also get Fisher Island's club, marina, golf course and beach. Prices range from about $15.5M to over $31M, and completion is expected in early 2027.
