Sage Intracoastal Residences
Sage Intracoastal Residences is a boutique 18-story tower by Property Markets Group (PMG) at 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale. It sits on 200 feet of Intracoastal frontage, and the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens next door protects its views of the water and the ocean. FSMY Architects designed the building, and BAMO, known for its Four Seasons and Rosewood work, did the interiors. There are only 44 residences, with two and three bedrooms from about 2,750 to 5,000 sq ft, semi-private elevators and private foyers. The Penthouse Collection adds private rooftops with summer kitchens and plunge pools. More than 19,000 sq ft of amenities include a porte-cochère with 24-hour valet, private cabana suites, an owners' lounge with a catering kitchen, a waterfront pool, a fitness and wellness center and house bicycles. Delivery is expected in 2026.
