DELANO Residences Miami
DELANO Residences & Hotel Miami brings the legendary Delano brand, born on Miami Beach in 1947, to a 90-story supertall at 400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Developed by PMG with Ennismore, the tower is designed by Carlos Ott with interiors by Meyer Davis and will offer 421 residences, from suites to three bedrooms, with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the city. Residents will share the building with a Delano hotel, its signature Rose Bar, a spa, a rooftop pool and hotel-style services, and the tower will host Miami's first public observation deck high above the skyline. Sales launched in 2026 through PMG Residential, with completion expected around 2030.
