Vita at Grove Isle
Vita at Grove Isle is a seven-story waterfront building by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group on Grove Isle, a private, gated island off Coconut Grove in Biscayne Bay. CallisonRTKL designed the building with a sweeping curved form so that every home faces the water, with views of the bay, the marina and the downtown and Brickell skylines. There are 65 residences with three and four bedrooms plus penthouses, about 2,500 to 6,600 sq ft, with open great rooms, deep curved terraces, chef's kitchens and spa-style baths; some include private garages. Amenities include a bayfront infinity pool and lounge terraces, a private marina with boat slips, a spa and fitness center, a residents' lounge, landscaped gardens and 24-hour gated security. The project is complete and residences are ready for move-in.
