Olara West Palm Beach
Olara is a 26-story condominium by Savanna at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. It sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway, facing Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic. Arquitectonica designed the tower's flowing glass profile, and Gabellini Sheppard did the interiors. Its 275 residences range from two to four bedrooms plus den, from about 1,480 to 4,100 sq ft, with floor-to-ceiling windows and deep terraces with water views. A private marina gives residents direct boat access to the Intracoastal. Amenities include a resort pool deck with cabanas, an outdoor fitness lawn, a spa with sauna and steam, a fitness center, social lounges and dining from the José Andrés Group. Completion is expected in 2027.
