Vida Residences Edgewater
Vida Residences Edgewater is a nine-story hotel and residence building by Urbana Holdings and Urbana Bueno at 410 NE 35th Terrace in Edgewater, a block from Biscayne Bay and close to Midtown and the Design District. Kobi Karp designed the building, and Euro Design Group did the interiors. Its 121 residences range from studios to three bedrooms, about 390 to 1,450 sq ft, with 10-foot ceilings and bay or city views. Homes are delivered fully furnished and short-term rentals are permitted, so owners can use them as a second home or a rental investment. Amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas and a pool bar, a rooftop garden lounge, a wellness center and fitness studio, a spa, a lobby bar and lounge, co-working space and an on-site restaurant. Residences are ready for move-in.
