LILLI is a 53-story boutique condominium by Vlad Doronin's OKO Group at 717 NE 27th Street in Edgewater, set directly on Biscayne Bay. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with ODP Architects, its 117 private residences, from two to four bedrooms plus penthouses (approximately 1,348 to 3,798 sq ft), feature curved floor-to-ceiling glass, generous terraces and sweeping bay and skyline views. Amenities include a bayfront infinity pool, a spa with hydrotherapy pools, a fitness center, a bayside garden terrace and elegant lounges. Sales launched in 2026 through Fortune Development Sales, with completion targeted for 2029.
