W Pompano Beach Residences
W Pompano Beach is an oceanfront hotel and residence tower by Related Group and BH Group at 20 N. Ocean Boulevard, next to the Pompano Beach Pier. Nichols Architects and KORA Architecture designed the 24-story building, and Meyer Davis did the interiors in a palette of sand, marine blue and sunset coral. It offers two kinds of ownership. The Residences are 74 homes with two to four bedrooms plus den, about 2,400 to 3,460 sq ft, and three penthouses with rooftop pools. The Suites are 296 fully furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom condo-hotel units that owners can place in the W rental program. Amenities include beachfront pools and cabanas, a beach club, a pickleball court, a fitness center and spa, restaurants and bars, and W's Whatever/Whenever service. Delivery is expected in 2029.
