Glass House Boca Raton
Glass House is a boutique 10-story condominium at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, in the heart of downtown Boca Raton. Garcia Stromberg designed it as one of the city's first fully modern glass buildings, and Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group did the interiors. It holds just 28 residences of two to four bedrooms, from about 2,500 to 3,950 sq ft, with floor-to-ceiling glass, open living spaces and wide terraces facing the city, the golf course and the ocean. Residents have a dedicated concierge team, a rooftop pool deck with cabanas, a fitness center and a residents' lounge. It is a short walk to Mizner Park, downtown dining and the Boca Raton Museum of Art, and about a mile from the beach. Completion is expected in 2026.
