The Rider Residences
The Rider is a 12-story boutique condominium by Rilea Group at 94 NE 29th Street, where Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater and the Design District meet. Inspired by rock, fashion and motorcycle culture, its 146 turnkey residences, from studios to three bedrooms (approximately 385 to 1,612 sq ft), are designed by Deforma Studio with interiors by Radyca. Owners can rent without restrictions and manage bookings, stays and maintenance through the building's own Rider Link app, with optional third-party management. Highlights include a rooftop pool and wellness garden, a signature lounge with a custom motorcycle bookcase, a fitness studio, a dog spa and EV charging, plus ground-floor and rooftop retail, all steps from a planned commuter rail station. More than half of the residences are already pre-sold and vertical construction is underway.
