Origin Residences
Origin Residences is a boutique waterfront building by VDA at 9760 West Bay Harbor Drive, on the western edge of Bay Harbor Islands, where every evening brings sunsets over Biscayne Bay. Revuelta Architecture designed the seven-story building, and the interiors are by Artefacto, the Brazilian furniture and design house. There are only 27 residences with two to four bedrooms, about 1,370 to 2,330 sq ft, with open great rooms, designer kitchens, spa-style baths and wide terraces over the water and the island's canals. Amenities include a rooftop pool and bar with sunset views, a rooftop dining terrace, an Artefacto-designed lobby lounge, a fitness center and boat docking on the canal. It is a short walk to Bal Harbour Shops and the beach. Only a limited number of residences remain available.
