Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach
Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach is a 28-story oceanfront tower by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures at 1350 S. Ocean Boulevard. It is a residences-only building with 92 homes managed with Waldorf Astoria service. Nichols Architects and KORA Architects designed the tower, whose curved balconies give every home wide views of the Atlantic. Residences have two to four bedrooms, from about 2,100 to 3,500 sq ft, plus penthouses, with private elevator access, open great rooms, chef's kitchens and spa-style primary baths. Amenities include an oceanfront pool deck with cabanas, a lobby lounge, a wellness spa, a fitness center, a multi-sport simulator, a teen room, private dining and beach service. The building was completed in 2026, and a limited number of homes are still available.
