Cipriani Residences Miami brings the legendary Venetian hospitality family to Brickell with a supertall tower by Mast Capital at 1420 South Miami Avenue. Designed by Arquitectonica with Cipriani-curated interiors, the tower offers 397 one- to four-bedroom residences and penthouses with expansive balconies and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the city. Residents enjoy Cipriani service throughout, including a private residents' restaurant, a speakeasy, a library, a lounge, resort pools, a fitness center and wellness spaces, and 24-hour concierge. Vertical construction is complete, the tower is more than 80% sold, and occupancy is planned for summer 2027.
