About the Project
Villa Miami
Villa Miami is a 58-story tower at 710 NE 29th Street in Edgewater. It is developed by One Thousand Group and Terra together with hospitality company Major Food Group, the team behind Carbone and ZZ's. The slender tower was designed by Studio ODP and wrapped in a signature bronze frame, with interiors by Charles & Co. Its 60 residences are one per floor or one of two per floor, and each has floor-to-ceiling glass and sweeping views across Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach. The building is crowned by a triplex penthouse with a rooftop helipad. Residents get Major Food Group's hospitality, with private dining, a club lounge, a resort pool deck and wellness spaces. Construction is well underway and completion is expected in late 2027.
