NoMad Residences Wynwood
NoMad Residences Wynwood is the first residential building from the NoMad hotel brand, developed by Related Group at 2700 NW 2nd Avenue in the heart of Wynwood. Arquitectonica designed the nine-story building, and Design Agency did the interiors, bringing NoMad's New York character to Miami with rich colors, vintage-inspired furniture and art throughout. Its 329 residences range from studios to two bedrooms, about 520 to 1,130 sq ft. They are delivered fully furnished and have no rental restrictions, so owners can live in them or rent them out short-term. Amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas and a rooftop lounge with skyline views, a lobby salon, a library, a co-working space, a fitness center and a Cucina restaurant on the ground floor. The building is now open and residences are ready for move-in, with limited availability.
