Ombelle Fort Lauderdale
Ombelle is a pair of 43-story towers by Dependable Equities at 300 NE 3rd Avenue, in Flagler Village in downtown Fort Lauderdale. New York firm ODA designed the sculpted white towers, with a lattice of terraces that twist toward a glowing crown. Together they hold about 775 residences, from studios to three bedrooms (about 477 to 1,650 sq ft), plus penthouses, with prices starting in the $400,000s. More than 100,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenities include sunrise and sunset pools, indoor pickleball courts, a wellness sanctuary with sauna and cold plunge, co-working lounges and Fort Lauderdale's first Equinox club. There is also ground-floor retail and dining, steps from Las Olas Boulevard and Brightline. Completion is expected in 2027–2028.
