Surf Row Residences
Surf Row Residences is a collection of just eight private homes by Lineaire Group and One Capital at 8800 Collins Avenue, where Miami Beach meets Surfside, steps from the sand. Rene Gonzalez Architects designed them as a modern take on the brownstone, with layered glass, light screens and climbing gardens on the facade, and LD&D did the interiors. Each three- or four-bedroom home is spread over several levels, with double-height living spaces, floating staircases, chef's kitchens, spa-style primary baths and a private rooftop terrace with summer kitchen and lounge areas. Owners have private garages and elevators, and curated furnishing packages by RH are available. Residents enjoy concierge services and direct beach access. The homes are complete and ready for move-in.
