Faena Residences Miami
Faena Residences Miami brings Alan Faena's celebrated cultural vision to the Miami River, with twin towers developed by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties at 24 SW 4th Street in Downtown Miami. The final design of the late Rafael Viñoly, the towers rise about 68 stories and are linked by a dramatic Sky Bridge high above the river, with approximately 440 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses. Residents will enjoy Faena's signature hospitality and curated cultural programming in a riverfront setting with sweeping views of the bay and the city. Nearly 100 residences were presold at launch and a record penthouse sale was recorded in 2026, with delivery planned in phases by 2029.
