72 Park
72 Park is a 22-story tower by Urban Robot Associates at 580 72nd Street in North Beach, a block from the ocean and next to North Beach Oceanside Park. Lefferts designed the building, and Built Form did the interiors. Its 270 residences have one to three bedrooms, from about 470 to 1,180 sq ft, and are delivered fully finished and furnished. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames views of the Atlantic, Biscayne Bay and the downtown Miami skyline. A key draw for buyers is that there are no rental restrictions, so owners can rent their homes short-term. More than 64,000 sq ft of amenities include a 150-foot resort pool with cabanas and an open-air bar, a rooftop terrace, a lobby lounge and a fitness center. Roberta's restaurant from Brooklyn is on the ground floor. The building was completed in 2024.
