Bentley Residences Miami
Bentley Residences Miami is the world's first Bentley Motors-branded residential tower, developed by Dezer Development at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Rising 62 stories on the oceanfront and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, it offers 216 residences, each with a private pool and summer kitchen on the terrace and the patented Dezervator car elevator that brings residents' vehicles up to sky garages inside their homes. Interiors are inspired by Bentley's craftsmanship, and amenities include a wellness center and spa, a private cinema, a cigar and whisky lounge, a bar lounge, a residents' restaurant and beachfront services. Construction is underway with Coastal Construction, and completion is expected around the end of 2027.
