La Baia North
La Baia North is a waterfront condominium by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company at 9481 E. Bay Harbor Drive, on the east side of Bay Harbor Islands. It is the newer companion to the original La Baia building, which is already complete. The building has 57 residences, all with three or four bedrooms plus penthouses, and private terraces with open views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Bal Harbour and the Miami skyline. Homes have floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank European wood floors, custom European kitchens with Miele appliances and marble baths. Owners get private boat slips and a yacht club membership. More than 20,000 sq ft of amenities include a rooftop pool, an adults' rooftop lounge, a kids' splash pad, a club room, a fitness center and a designer lobby. It is less than a mile from Bal Harbour Shops and the beach. The building is under construction for delivery in January 2027, and only the final residences remain.
