Palm Tree Residences Miami is the first residential project from Palm Tree Crew, the lifestyle and music festival brand co-founded by Kygo and Myles Shear. Developed by PMG and Lion Development Group with Eden Residential and Sterling Equities, the 37-story tower rises at 31 NW 10th Street in Downtown Miami's Park West district. Its 483 fully furnished residences, from junior suites to three bedrooms (approximately 478 to 1,209 sq ft), feature designer kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, private balconies and smart-home technology, and short-term rentals are allowed. More than 57,000 sq ft of amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, padel courts, a wellness center and the signature Palm Tree Club, while ownership unlocks members-only events and Palm Tree Festival access.
