The Well Bay Harbor Islands
The Well Bay Harbor Islands is a boutique residential building by Terra at 1160 Kane Concourse, built around a full wellness program from The Well, the New York wellness club. Arquitectonica designed the building with screened facades and deep balconies, and Meyer Davis did the interiors with warm wood, stone and handcrafted details. There are 54 residences with one to four bedrooms, about 1,150 to 3,270 sq ft, with open kitchens, spa-style baths and terraces over the island and the bay. More than 22,000 sq ft of amenities include a wellness center with thermal and treatment rooms, a hammam, a movement studio and fitness center, a pool deck with cabanas, a garden dining pergola, a residents' kitchen and dining room and a lobby lounge. Residents get access to The Well's wellness services and programs. Bal Harbour Shops and the beach are minutes away.
