Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach
Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach is the Armani brand's third residential project in the United States, after New York and Sunny Isles Beach. It sits at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard and is developed by SP Development and GCF Development. Two slender, rounded 19-story towers by G3 AEC hold just 28 residences, with only one home per floor in each tower. Interiors are designed by Armani/Casa. Homes have three to five bedrooms, from about 3,200 to 6,800 sq ft, with ten-foot ceilings, curved walls, full-height glass and large wraparound terraces facing the ocean. The towers sit within landscaped gardens next to a newly designed oceanfront park, with a resort pool, a spa and wellness amenities, and a private beach club. Completion is expected in 2028.
